Voice Recording Consent

Before your voice petition is received, please carefully read and understand the following terms. By ticking the box below, you provide your explicit consent for the recording and processing of your voice and personal data as described.

I freely give my explicit consent for my voice to be recorded.
I understand that the recording may be used for the purposes of petitioning the UK Government to improve the SEND provision at school.
The recording may be stored securely for a period of 8 months.
The recording and my personal data may be shared with third parties for the purposes of the voice petition of the British Dyslexia Association and Jamie Oliver Group.
I am aware of my data protection rights under the UK GDPR, including:
- The right to access, correct, or request the deletion of my data.
- The right to withdraw my consent at any time.
